There’s no question whatsoever that the iRobot Roomba 690 Robot Vacuum with Wi-Fi Connectivity is one of the best robot vacuum cleaners Roomba makes. As affordable as it is normally compared to the rest of the Roomba lineup, it’s even more affordable today. In fact, if you snag a Roomba 690 on Amazon right now, you’ll get one at an all-time low.

The 8 best Netflix stand-up specials you probably haven’t seen yet

%name The 8 best Netflix stand up specials you probably haven’t seen yet by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

In what seems like a blink of an eye, Netflix over the past few years managed to supplant HBO as the bastion of stand-up comedy. Whereas comics of the past used to dream of landing a stand-up special on HBO, most young comics today are laser focused on striking a deal with Netflix. And with good reason, Netflix has shown a willingness to shell out boatloads of cash to secure specials from some of the biggest comics working today. In 2016, for example, Netflix paid Chris Rock $40 million to record two one-hour specials. Dave Chappelle, meanwhile, reportedly earned upwards of $60 million for his string of four specials that dropped in 2017.

Notably, Netflix’s obsession with stand-up comedy stretches out far beyond some of the marquee names listed above. In recent years, the streaming giant has also been willing to provide up and coming comics — often on the periphery of mainstream success — with their own specials. Suffice it to say, Netflix’s content library today is absolutely brimming with top-notch stand-up, often from names you’ve never heard of. With that said, we thought it’d be a good idea to compile a list of some of the best Netflix stand-up specials you likely haven’t had the pleasure of watching yet. While award-winning Netflix specials from the likes of Chappelle and John Mulaney are undeniably brilliant, there’s a lot more stand-up worth checking out underneath the surface.

It sure looks like that amazing foldable Xiaomi phone will soon become a reality

%name It sure looks like that amazing foldable Xiaomi phone will soon become a reality by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Samsung and Huawei may unveil their first foldable phones next month, but the two companies are hardly the only ones creating such devices. We already saw a preview of the Samsung foldable phone, and we know Huawei’s device will come with built-in 5G support. But Xiaomi surprised the world a few days ago by teasing a foldable device that already looks better than what Samsung demoed at its developer conference in November. Xiaomi did not commit to a launch date during its teaser, but a new report says the company is working closely with a Chinese display vendor on foldable handsets.

How to kick people off your Netflix account after you’ve shared your login

%name How to kick people off your Netflix account after you’ve shared your login by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Netflix often seems like the gift that keeps on giving. The company’s catalog of streaming content is packed full of great movies, TV shows, and specials. Just when you think you’ve seen it all and there’s nothing noteworthy left to watch, a fresh wave of new content gives you plenty of options. Just look at all the new Netflix originals set to debut over the course of the month of February, and that doesn’t even include movies and TV series from third-party studios set to be added to Netflix’s digital catalog next month.

Speaking Netflix and gifts, so many people out there who watch Netflix don’t actually pay for the service. People share their Netflix logins all the time so that their friends and family have access to all that streaming entertainment without having to pay for their own subscription. And with Netflix having just announced the biggest price increase in the history of its streaming service, you had better believe that the practice of sharing Netflix logins isn’t going away anytime soon.

Apple’s iPhone 11 design and specs may have just leaked

%name Apple’s iPhone 11 design and specs may have just leaked by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

We’ve seen a couple of contradicting iPhone 11 renders in the past few weeks, and they came from the same well-known leaker that produced similar illustrations in the past. The first alleged iPhone 11 design featured a square triple-lens camera arrangement on the back with an asymmetric lens placement. Then the second design showed a horizontal rear camera module featuring three lenses. Now a new report claims that one of these two proposed iPhone 11 designs is indeed moving to production, and thankfully it’s the better of the two.

We finally know when Apple’s TV streaming service will launch

%name We finally know when Apple’s TV streaming service will launch by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Over the past few months, Apple has been busy inking original content deals with some of the top creatives in Hollywood. Last year, for example, word emerged that Apple struck a deal for an original film series from acclaimed writer and director Damien Chazelle, the creative force between films such as La La Land and Whiplash.

Apple of course hasn’t commented on what it plans to do with the growing library of video content its amassing, but it’s no secret that the company is planning to make a big splash into the world of online streaming. Now comes word from The Information that Apple’s budding TV streaming service is set to launch sometime in mid-April. While details remain scarce, previous reports have indicated that Apple’s streaming TV service will be free for iOS users and will be available in 100 countries at launch.
