The service will cost $10 per month, as expected, but contrary to some rumors there will indeed be a free streaming tier that is ad-supported. And as reported over the weekend, there will also be a series of high-profile guest DJs to help draw attention away from streaming music mainstays like Spotify and Pandora.

It doesn’t exactly come a surprise to learn that cCloud TV was taken offline shortly after launching. The service, which we told you about last week, gives users free access to pirated live TV streams, with channels including HBO, ESPN, AMC, TBS and Showtime featured in its lineup.

cCloud TV truly is a cord cutter’s dream despite being quite obviously illegal, and now the team behind cCloud TV has already begun to fight the battle to keep the service alive.
