One of the prevailing Avengers: Endgame fan theories out there says that the remaining Avengers will travel through time to beat Thanos and undo the snap. The heroes will supposedly move through time and universes to gather their own Infinity Stones, which they could use to wield tremendous power like Thanos did in Infinity War.

Doctor Strange is the primary candidate for messing with time, but he died in Infinity War, giving the Time Stone to Thanos just minutes before he did. However, Strange did see more than 14 million versions of the future battle against Thanos including the only outcome where the Avengers manage to beat him. In other words, he’s still going to play a significant role in the events that are about to happen in Endgame. Many expect Strange to have used the Time Stone on Titan to make sure certain events unfold in a particular way, the snap and his own death included. Now, a new fan theory argues that Marvel has hidden a time loop in plain sight in Infinity War, but we may have been too busy with other things to realize it.

With revenue from iPhone sales on the decline — though that might be temporary given that 5G is right around the corner — Apple has for some time appreciated that its next big revenue driver will come from its line of services, a far-ranging category that includes revenue from the App Store, Apple Music, and more.

In light of that, Apple recently inked a somewhat surprising deal with Samsung to expand the reach of iTunes. As we reported yesterday, all of Samsung’s 2019 smart TVs will include an iTunes app that will enable users to buy and rent movies and TV shows directly from Apple. What’s more, Samsung’s upcoming lineup of TVs will also include support for AirPlay 2. As for folks with older Samsung TVs, you might also be able to take advantage of the new integration of Apple services. Specifically, Samsung noted that iTunes support will also be available on its lineup of 2018 smart TVs via a forthcoming firmware update.

As exciting as Sunday night was for the winners at the Golden Globes, HBO managed to steal some of their spotlight by debuting new footage from its lineup of 2019 shows — some of which are returning, and others of which are brand new to the network. The two clips that stood out were from the final season of Game of Thrones and the first season of Watchmen, but all of the shows HBO chose to highlight looked intriguing.

Back in November 2018, HBO confirmed Game of Thrones would return for its eighth and final season in April 2019. We haven’t heard much since, but on Sunday, we got our first glimpse, as Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen arrive in Winterfell and Sansa Stark seems to pledge her kingdom to the queen’s cause.

Apple loved the design on its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus from 2014 so much that it ended up reusing almost the exact same design for not two, not three, but four consecutive years. The iPhone 6s was exactly the same, the iPhone 7 added a dual-lens camera on the Plus model, and the iPhone 8 swapped out the aluminum back for glass. Still, each of those iPhone models was indistinguishable from its predecessors from afar. Thankfully, big performance boosts and nifty new features such as Portrait Mode photography on the iPhone 7 Plus and wireless charging on the iPhone 8 were introduced to help keep things fresh.

For a long time, Apple had introduced new iPhone designs every other year, and some people thought the company might go back to that pattern now that its new iPhone design identity was introduced on 2017’s iPhone X. If you were hoping that would be the case though, we may have some bad news. It appears as though Apple is just as pleased with its 2017 iPhone X design as it was with the iPhone 6, because a new leak from a top smartphone industry insider says Apple will use the iPhone X’s design for a third consecutive year on its upcoming new “iPhone 11” series handsets.
