While Julia Louis-Dreyfus is naturally associated with Seinfeld and – more recently – Veep, you might be surprised to learn that she actually had a substantive stint as a Saturday Night Live cast member from 1982 and 1985. In fact, it was during her time at SNL during the 1980s that she first met Seinfeld co-creator Larry David.
Over the weekend, both Louis-Dreyfus and David returned to the comedic playground that is SNL where Louis-Dreyfus handled hosting duties. And David, predictably, reprised his spot-on Bernie Sanders impression during the show’s opening sketch.

NASA’s Ultra HD footage of Aurora Borealis from space will improve your Monday
Late last year, NASA partnered with video delivery infrastructure company Harmonic to launch a non-commercial Ultra HD TV channel. NASA’s goal was to utilize the clarity and resolution of UHD to “showcase the breathtaking beauty and grandeur of space,” which is exactly what it has done in a new feature.

Canadian PM’s amazing quantum computing answer was too good to be true
If you ask the average politician to talk about anything related to technology, chances are you’ll come away distressed by their total lack of knowledge. However, Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau last week wowed the tech world during an event at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Waterloo when expertly answered a question related to quantum computing. However, his impressive response to a question on quantum computing may have been too good to be true.

Live 360 video streams coming to YouTube this week
The VR revolution continues.
On Monday, Google announced that 360-degree live streaming is the latest feature to hit YouTube. It’s been just over a year since YouTube began supporting 360-degree videos on its site, but now creators will be able to stream those videos live, giving viewers an even more immersive experience.

The best Nexus phone of all time could be coming this year
Word on the street is that Google is tapping HTC to make at least one new Nexus handset this year. The device will likely include 3D Touch support, considering that the latest Android N developer release supports pressure-sensitive displays, but not many details are known about this rumored handset.
A Reddit user tried to imagine what a new Nexus handset from HTC might look like, taking plenty of design cues from the existing HTC 10 smartphone. The result could be the greatest Nexus phone of all time, especially considering the HTC 10 is one of the best new Android flagship handsets ever, with design and build quality being two of its strong suits.

Siri spills the beans on when WWDC 2016 will kick off
We all know Apple’s big annual developers’ conference typically takes place in June but it seems that Siri is now giving us the official dates. 9to5Mac notices that if you ask Siri to tell you when WWDC 2016 is, it will respond by informing you that this year’s conference will kick off in San Francisco starting on Monday, June 13th and will wrap off on Friday, June 17th. Apple hasn’t sent out any official invites for the show yet, however, so it looks like Siri’s “announcement” of the show’s official dates might be premature.
