The iPhone 7 isn’t even out and rivals are already copying a rumored signature feature
Like it or not, Apple is still the company that dictates the future of the smartphone, even though the iPhone isn’t the dominant platform by market share. The features introduced by the iPhone are often found on devices from Apple’s rivals, and the same thing will happen with the iPhone 7.
The handset is reportedly going to lack a 3.5mm headphone jack, a standard feature across just about all consumer devices that output audio. And it’s likely that other smartphone makers are going to follow suit in the future. But one company seems so certain that the 3.5mm headphone port is going to die that it just launched no less than three new Android handsets that all lack the audio jack.

Titanic artifacts reveal gruesome discovery of tragic ship’s last lifeboat
Photos and a handwritten note detailing the grisly discovery of Titanic’s last lifeboat will be auctioned in the U.K. later this week.
The three photos were taken on May 13, 1912, almost a month after Titanic’s sinking, and show crewmembers from RMS Oceanic attempting to recover one of the doomed liner’s lifeboats. Inside the lifeboat, thought to be the last to leave the sinking ship, were the decomposing bodies of three Titanic passengers.
One photo shows a boat from Oceanic being lowered, another shows the boat approaching the drifting lifeboat. A third picture shows Oceanic crewmembers on the Titanic lifeboat.

The new face of the $20 bill will be a woman for the first time in history
A woman’s face is finally going to grace the front of our paper currency and it’s going to be abolitionist icon Harriet Tubman, who is best known for her work with the Underground Railroad that helped former slaves escape captivity. Politico reports that Tubman’s face will replace Andrew Jackson’s on the $20 bill, while Alexander Hamilton will keep his place on the $10 bill.
