The detail shouldn’t be that important to regular users, because Apple employs various ways that help it make the most of built-in RAM, with iPhones over outperforming same year Android rivals that might have significantly more RAM.
The same goes for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. Apple has not confirmed how much memory each device has, but a new finding from a developer brings further confirmation that 2015 iPhones have twice the RAM of their predecessor.
