T-Mobile loves to brand itself the “Un-carrier” but a new lawsuit alleges that it’s doing something very carrier-esque by charging customers sneaky early termination fees despite the fact that they never signed onto any service agreements. Per Top Class Actions, the suit is alleging that while “T-Mobile attracts customers by touting ‘no contract’ cell phone service plans without any hidden fees,” the company actually “has a practice of unlawfully seeking the entire amount under the device contract as immediately due” whenever a customer leaves T-Mobile early.

The crew at YouTube channel What’s Inside? decided to saw a rose gold version of the new Retina MacBook in half this week to give us a better look at its innards and came away very impressed by just how much cutting-edge tech Apple has jammed into such a small space.

A wave of China-based companies has stormed the market with surprisingly capable smartphones being sold at incredibly low prices, and they have stolen a massive chunk of business from established players like Samsung, LG and HTC.

Of all the companies analysts thought might be able to fight back against these budget brands, Apple certainly wasn’t at the top of any lists — but it looks like that’s exactly what’s happening.
