Destiny is one of the most high-concept releases to ever reach home consoles. Combining some of the most beloved elements of massively-multiplayer online games with the pedigree of one of the most heralded FPS developers of the past decade, it was nearly impossible to imagine a reality where Destiny didn’t live up to the hype.
