In less than two weeks, Apple will hold its annual new iPhone launch event, with the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus being the obvious stars of the show. The keynote is also supposed to bring several other announcements covering various other new Apple products. Many reports have so far suggested different specs and features that will supposedly be included in the new iPhones, and leaked images and videos have also shown purported iPhone 6s components.

Like each iPhone generation to date, the new iPhone will have one defining new feature, and it may have just been confirmed in existing iOS 9 code.

When it comes to tech coverage, Forbes is generally a pretty mixed bag. The site publishes content from a huge number of contributors, some of whom know their stuff, and some of whom are great for some comic relief and little else.

On Wednesday morning, I read a post on Forbes that fell into the former category. It was a nice quick post about Android bloatware, and it explained why future Android devices may have less of it. The post was well written, made a few good points, and offered a good quote from a VP of engineering at Google for support.

Then, Forbes’ social media editor completely ruined the post for me with a single tweet.

A couple of months ago, Lexus introduced its rideable Hoverboard to the world in a YouTube video. We couldn’t be certain whether or not it was a prank, as no one actually rode the floating skateboard in the video, but earlier this month, we finally got to see the Hoverboard in action. It was incredible, but even with video proof, it’s still hard to believe it’s real.

Does anyone actually think Donald Trump is a devout Christian? Earlier this week, a report said that Apple has already reserved a massive auditorium for its upcoming iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus launch, the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium that can house significantly more guests than Apple’s usual keynote locations. A new report seems to confirm that Apple has indeed booked the place for a week in September, adding credence to a report from a trusted source who said a few weeks ago the iPhone fall event is scheduled for September 9th this year.
