The Galaxy S6 edge is amazing, but you probably know that. For some reason that still escapes me, I still like the curved version of Samsung’s top 2015 phone better than the flat model. So do many others, with various reports claiming Samsung was forced to increase Galaxy S6 edge production to meet unexpected demand. With that in mind, you’d think Samsung shouldn’t need to go out of its way to market the phone, and that it shouldn’t copy Apple’s manufacturing and design videos when doing it. Yet Samsung has released a second video detailing in Apple-like fashion the manufacturing process of the Galaxy S6 edge.

Hurricane Apple is coming after Spotify, but the beloved music streaming app seems to have a plan to weather the storm. First, per The Verge, Spotify has announced a major media event for May 20th. The press invite doesn’t hint at any details about what Spotify will announce but it is worth noting that this announcement is slotted to happen before Apple is expected to unveil its big new Beats Music relaunch in June.

In spite of launch and availability issues, the OnePlus One still was one of the biggest surprises of 2014. Coming from China, the OnePlus One gave buyers access to a high-end Android device for an incredibly affordable price, a feat reminiscent of some Nexus smartphones.

This year, the company will launch a sequel to the One that will have the same key characteristics: high-end specs that are on par with phones from well-established Android handset makers, but at a fraction of the price.

The announcement of the fifth-generation high-end phablet is likely going to take place in September, but a fresh report brings over some unexpected Galaxy Note 5 details. Surprisingly, after launching two versions of both the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S6 in the past year, Samsung might not have two Galaxy Note 5 models in stores this fall.
