We’ve got exactly one month to go until the premiere of Captain Marvel — it’s less than a month, considering that February is the shortest month of the year — but we still have no idea what happens in the film. We saw all the trailers and TV spots, and we did have several interesting leaks about the film. We think Jude Law is playing a villain and we already saw an official clip that ties Captain Marvel to a pivotal scene from Avengers: Infinity War. Now we have a new fan theory to share, one that offers a brilliant connection between Captain Marvel and the upcoming new Avengers movie.

What is this weird stuff all over Uranus?

%name What is this weird stuff all over Uranus? by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Each of the planets in the Solar System has a unique personality. Earth is a bustling hub of weird life forms, Jupiter is a massive ball of gas with storms that could swallow other planets whole, and Uranus, well, Uranus is just plain weird. It’s a big frozen ball that spins on its side, totally unlike any other planet in our neighborhood.

In a new photo snapped by the Hubble Space Telescope, Uranus looks even more peculiar than it normally does. The frosty planet can be seen with a massive white cap dominating its northern pole, and as NASA explains in a new blog post its strange appearance is actually owed to its bizarre orientation.

It wasn’t just the teen Fortnite player – someone else also discovered that FaceTime bug

%name It wasn’t just the teen Fortnite player – someone else also discovered that FaceTime bug by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

In the note Apple included to accompany the release of iOS 12.1.4 this week — the one that included a fix for the embarrassing FaceTime bug — the iPhone maker appropriately gives credit to 14-year-old Grant Thompson from Arizona for bringing to light this critical problem. In fact, Apple has acknowledged that it’s paying Grant for discovering the bug, which he did about two weeks ago while playing Fortnite and trying to get a group FaceTime chat with friends set up.

Grant’s mother tried to contact Apple about the bug, which allowed users with the latest iOS software to initiate a call to anyone via FaceTime and immediately start hearing audio on the other person’s end even before they accepted or rejected the call. Once the media picked up on the issue, that’s when Apple got in touch with her.

The SpaceX Starship’s Raptor engines just hit a major milestone

%name The SpaceX Starship’s Raptor engines just hit a major milestone by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

If there’s one thing we can always count on from SpaceX it’s that Elon Musk will let everyone know of new developments the moment they happen via Twitter. That’s exactly what happened last night, as Musk’s early morning tweets revealed that the ongoing engine tests of the company’s Raptor engines are coming along nicely.

According to Musk’s brief update, it looks like the Raptor engines that will power both the upcoming Starship and Super Heavy now have enough oomph to push the spacecraft as planned. The news comes just days after SpaceX showed off its Raptor engines being test fired for the first time, so confirming that the hardware is capable of reaching the power levels the spacecraft require is obviously a big milestone.
