Apple Releases its Second iOS 9 Beta
As we expected to happen a little earlier in the week, Apple has released its second beta for iOS 9. The new beta, which developers can download as an over-the-air update, will likely be the last developers-only beta before a full public iOS 9 beta is released in July. 9to5Mac informs us that the beta features “a new Proactive menu on the left side of the first Home screen, new features for the Maps app, an upgraded Notes application, and a redesigned app-switching interface.”

Revealed: The Next Spider-Man
It’s only been a few months since we first learned that Marvel would be taking back some creative control over the Spider-Man franchise, but today the studio has revealed who will play the part: a young man named Tom Holland.
Don’t freak out if you haven’t heard of Holland before now — according to his IMDb page, his major roles are limited to that of Lucas in The Impossible and Gregory Cromwell in the PBS miniseries Wolf Hall.

Jay Z’s Tidal is in a State of Chaos – Second CEO Fired in 3 Months
Is it ever a good sign when your company loses two CEOs in the span of three months? It most certainly isn’t and that’s why it’s safe to say that Jay Z’s Tidal is pretty much in a state of chaos. The Wall Street Journal reports that former Tidal CEO Peter Tonstad has been “let go” by the company after just three months on the job. Tonstad was always intended to be an interim CEO but apparently Tidal didn’t want him to hold down that post any longer while it looked for a permanent chief executive. According to WSJ, Tidal “will be run by executives in New York and Oslo until a new chief is in place.”

Samsung’s Insane New See-Through Truck Will Blow Your Mind
Well this is downright clever. Samsung is developing a ‘see through’ truck that will enable vehicles traveling behind large trucks to see what the traffic in the opposite lane is like in real-time. This is accomplished by fitting trucks with a night-vision enabled and wireless video camera in the front and transmitting the footage to a large display on the back. The underlying goal is to help drivers keen on passing slow moving trucks make more informed decisions in moments where a rash decision could prove deadly.
