It’s just a phone, people
I’ll be buying an iPhone 6s this year but I can’t say I’m overly happy about it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited to own a device that I think is the best overall smartphone on the market right now. I just don’t happen to think it’s a religious experience. It won’t change my life forever. And I sure as hell won’t stand in line outside the damn Apple Store for hours to buy one. Why? Because at the end of the day, it’s just a phone.

Get the wireless charger that should’ve been included with your Android for just $20 on Amazon
The fact that there are so many Android smartphones out there now that support wireless charging is terrific. Of course, it would be even better if the companies that make these phones actually included a wireless charger in the box with the phone. Instead, they try to hit you for another $40, $50 or even more for a wireless charger that has to be purchased separately.
For a limited time on Amazon though, you can grab the highly-rated RAVPower Wireless Charging Pad for under $20 shipped.

Just ahead of iPhone 6s release, Galaxy S7 details begin trickling in
After years of predictability from Samsung’s Galaxy line, we were pleasantly surprised by the significant changes that Samsung brought to the table with the S6 and S6 edge earlier this year. Sadly, the welcome design changes didn’t lead to a financial windfall for the struggling phone maker, but it looks like the company is going to give it another shot in 2016.

HTC’s shameless iPhone ripoff shown in leaked pictures
Things are not going well right now for HTC, which makes what are indisputably some of the best smartphones in the world. The company’s problem — apart from the fact that it thought releasing a flagship phone that’s barely an update from last year’s model was a good idea mid-tailspin — is that it simply doesn’t have the size or marketing budget to battle Samsung in the Android market.
However, it looks like things are about to take an interesting turn: Just as Samsung ripped off Apple’s iPhone to aid in its climb to the top (remember that damning 132-page internal report on how to copy the iPhone pixel by pixel?), it appears as though HTC is preparing to follow suit as it struggles to regain its footing in the smartphone market it once briefly led.

See Kenan and Kel reunite in a Good Burger sketch on The Tonight Show
Growing up in the ’90s, I’ll always have a soft spot in my heart for All That, Nickelodeon’s live-action sketch show. Looking back, there aren’t many sketches I can remember off the top of my head, but there is one sketch so famous, so ubiquitous, that almost anyone can recite the first lines:
“Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger. Can I take your order?”

Video: This is easily the coolest thing we’ve seen 3D Touch do on the iPhone 6s
With the first wave of iPhone reviews now out in the wild, 3D Touch appears to be the one feature that reviewers seemed to universally love. Much more capable than your typical right-click, the iPhone 6s display can not only detect a hard press, but varying levels of pressure as well. As a result, 3D Touch opens up an entire new world of user interaction, with one reviewer noting that 3D Touch represents the biggest leap forward in smartphone UI design since multitouch.
