While Apple and Samsung’s court battles are certainly the most widely publicized, LG now finds itself in Samsung’s sights for an entirely different reason: According to Samsung’s allegations, LG executive Jo Seong-Jin, and two other LG employees intentionally damaged a Samsung washing machine in a German store.

The evidence supporting Samsung’s case was compelling enough that an indictment has been issued, and now some of the most damning evidence may have come to light. LG on Monday released some video evidence it claims exonerates Jo, however Samsung says that the evidence has been tampered with.
