David Benioff and D.B. Weiss are remarkably bad at their jobs.
In case you weren’t aware, Benioff and Weiss are the showrunners on HBO’s astoundingly expensive and outrageously successful fantasy series Game of Thrones. They have arguably the most difficult job of any showrunners in the business, with dozens of actors to work with, several world-spanning storylines to coordinate and a budget that would intimidate the Iron Bank.
But last night, they proved once and for all that they don’t know how to keep an audience invested in their show.

Just as Apple promised during its big WWDC 2015 keynote today, the first beta version of iOS 9 has been released. iOS 9 is packed full of new features and functionality, and many of the additions from iOS 8 have been further refined in an effort to make the world’s smoothest mobile platform even smoother.
If history has taught us anything, there will be nothing smooth about early versions of Apple’s latest iOS beta software, but that certainly won’t stop developers and enthusiastic Apple fans from installing Apple’s latest and greatest as soon as humanly possible.

As many expected, Apple today introduced the world to Apple Music, it’s own take on on-demand streaming. With reports that Apple hopes to get 100 million subscribers signed up to its service, Apple will have to get it front of as many eyes and ears as possible.

As expected, Apple on Monday unveiled its major rival to Spotify called Apple Music. In unveiling the new streaming service, Apple is trying to regain its power over the music industry that it first seized with the release of the iPod and the iTunes Store. The service will be available through the iTunes app. Apple says Apple Music is three things: First, a “revolutionary” music service featuring playlists curated by professional DJs; a worldwide radio station that will run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and a way for artists to connect with their fans.

Apple today announced a number of updates regarding Apple Pay, the company’s mobile payment platform.
For starters, Apple Pay will soon be coming to Discover, bringing the service to 50 million card members. Further, the number of stores slated to accept Apple Pay is also expanding, with Trader Joes, Baskin Robbins, and El Pollo Loco being just a few of the new additions.
