The pressure is mounting on HTC’s new HTC 10 flagship phone and Vive virtual reality headset following an abysmal earnings report for the first quarter of the year. HTC on Monday morning announced that its March-quarter revenue dropped by a staggering 64% compared to the same quarter last year. Worse yet, HTC said its profit during the first quarter of 2016 plummeted 78%.

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is surely going to unveil its 2016 line of smartphones in the near future. Various rumors have so far claimed that two distinct OnePlus 3 models might be in the making, with the cheapest model supposedly being even more affordable than last year’s ‘flagship killer.’ A fresh leak shows purported images of the handset, as well as retail box proposed designs.

Tesla is the most talked about carmaker these days, and a new report goes to show why buyers are impressed with the company’s designs. This time, we’re not talking about impressive efficiency or smart features, but about build quality and durability. A Model S was recently involved in a terrifying accident, but the five occupants of the vehicle escaped unharmed. The car’s driver lost control in a turn, the car flew 25 meters (82 feet) in the air, and rolled over at least once after crashing in a field at full speed.

These images are a testament of the accident’s brutality, but also speak for Tesla’s manufacturing skills.

While Tesla is undeniably hastening the adoption and popularity of electric vehicles, the company is also pushing the envelope as it pertains to self driving cars. Indeed, Tesla’s suite of autonomous driving technologies is one of the more impressive features baked into the Model S and Model X.

One of the more interesting sub-features of Tesla’s autonomous driving suite is Summon, a feature Tesla introduced this past January which lets owners summon their Model S or Model X when it’s already parked. Impressively, the feature can even be used when a Tesla vehicle is parked inside a garage. As we noted previously, Summon is effectively auto-start on steroids.

It’s been nearly 15 years since the South Park episode “Simpsons Already Did It” aired for the first time on Comedy Central. In case you haven’t seen it, the conceit is that The Simpsons have already covered basically every plot imaginable, so at some point, you’re going to repeat something that happened in an episode.

At $35,000, the Tesla Model 3 is a lot more affordable than its siblings. The car will be even cheaper to some early buyers based in the U.S. as they’ll be eligible for huge savings in the form of a $7,500 federal tax credit. That much was known before Tesla started taking orders for the car, and could explain the huge number of preorders registered in the first days. The faster you order one, the more likely to have a chance of scoring that tax cut, as this program expires after a certain sales milestone is reached.

However, Tesla had to readjust its manufacturing plan after about 400,000 people ordered the Model 3, which means that more Americans might be eligible for the tax break than initially believed.
