I’ve been an iPhone user since almost the very beginning. I didn’t own an original iPhone at launch, but began using Apple’s smartphones with the iPhone 3G and never looked back.

Until recently, that is.

A few days ago, I decided to make the switch to Android. It wasn’t easy. Over the past decade I’ve adopted almost every new generation of the iPhone. I had the 3GS, 4, 4s, 5, 5s, etc. The only year I sat out was the iPhone 7, but quickly jumped on the 8 and then the X. So what could have possibly forced me to jump ship?

NASA has spent an incredible amount of time and money searching for evidence of extraterrestrial life, but it was NASA itself that caused some in Norway to believe they were witnessing an actual alien invasion. A recent test of NASA’s Auroral Zone Upwelling Rocket Experiment (AZURE for short) created a brilliant and colorful could display in the skies above Norway, catching the eyes of locals who had absolutely no idea what they were looking at.

One look at the images of the test, which was performed to help scientists better understand the mechanics of the upper reaches of Earth’s atmosphere, and it’s easy to see why some eyewitnesses described the sighting as looking “like an alien attack.”

The Avengers: Endgame press tour is in full swing right now, with less than three weeks to go to the official premiere. We saw Marvel release plenty of new footage from Endgame in the past few days, including a full clip from the movie, one that was previously shown only to private audiences.

The main stars and the directors, meanwhile, appeared in an official press conference, and they’re going to make the rounds of various TV shows in the coming days, answering all sorts of questions about Endgame. Apple is expected to release new Mac hardware this year, but a reliable insider suggests the massive MacBook Pro redesign some fans might be waiting for has been delayed to 2021. Specifically, the 16-inch MacBook Pro model that was featured in previous reports, which now may not launch sooner than the first half of 2021.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who is often accurate when it comes to Apple-related forecasts, said back in mid-February that Apple was preparing to launch a MacBook Pro featuring a 16-to-16.5-inch screen, as well as a brand new design. The report did not reveal additional details about the laptop, although the unusual screen size seemed to be indicative of a significant redesign for the flagship laptop.

Like millions of others, I abandoned Firefox and Safari in favor of Google’s Chrome browser at the end of the last decade, and despite a rocky start in terms of performance, the ease of use and sleek design were too much for other browsers to overcome. I continued to test new browsers as they arrived and old browsers as they received significant updates, but nothing could ever match Chrome, and so I now have it installed on every device I own.
