The Federal Communications Commission’s new consumer-friendly net neutrality rules just took effect last week, and it looks like our first big lawsuit is already on the verge of being filed. That’s not surprising at all. What is surprising, perhaps, is that the target of the lawsuit isn’t Comcast or Verizon.

According to a new report, Time Warner Cable is about to be slapped with a lawsuit alleging that the ISP charged a video content provider exorbitantly high rates to avoid being throttled.

Conan O’Brien’s gaming videos are always entertaining and this week’s video of him playing the upcoming Halo 5 against three cast members from HBO’s sitcom Silicon Valley is no exception. Halo 5, which is still months away from being released, has a terrific looking multiplayer mode that Conan played with Silicon Valley stars Thomas Middleditch, T.J. Miller and Zach Woods. Given how Conan is typically a pretty crappy gamer, you won’t be surprised to learn that he spends most of the video getting slaughtered by his rivals.

The iPhone 6 is 6.9 millimeters and the Galaxy S6 is 6.8 millimeters, but it looks like Samsung is taking things to a whole new level with a new device called the Galaxy A8. Nowhereelse.fr has posted some leaked pictures of the Galaxy A8 that show an extremely thin device that leaked specifications claim is just 5.9 millimeters thin, or a full millimeter thinner than the iPhone 6.
