The first public iOS 9 beta is out – go get it right now!
While developers have had weeks to get used to iOS 9, regular iPhone users can try it out for the first time today thanks to the release of the first public beta for iOS 9. Apple says that iOS 9 will hopefully be a more stable release than either of its past two releases, iOS 7 and iOS 8. Other features include significant improvements to its Siri voice assistant that will give it more context awareness, added public transportation data for Apple Maps, improvements to the Notes application that will make it easier to make checklists, and multitasking features for the iPad.

Office 2016 for Mac has finally arrived, but not everyone can use it
It’s been an incredibly long wait, but Office 2016 for Mac finally launched on Thursday. After months of testing the software through Microsoft’s preview program, Mac users can now download the completed productivity suite, which includes new versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote.

Are these the worst movies of the year?
What’s the best movie of the year so far? Looking at box-office performance, you’d say that the recently released Jurassic World is definitely a must-see movie, even if not everyone will necessarily love the action-packed dinosaur flick. Using the same logic, the worst box-office performers aren’t necessarily the worst movies you could see this year, but it’s probably safe to say that they’re generally pretty bad.

Colbert joins Seinfeld for the season finale of ‘Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee’
A few months before Stephen Colbert unceremoniously shaved his beard off in preparation for his new gig as host of The Late Show, Jerry Seinfeld invited him to ride along for an episode of Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee. If you haven’t been keeping up, we’re already on the sixth season of Seinfeld’s web series, and Colbert’s episode serves as the season finale.
