If you want an air purifier that is going to do the best possible job of cleaning all the dust, allergens, bacteria, and especially mold spores from the air in your home, you need a model with a high-quality HEPA filter. There’s nothing else that does as good a job with mold, plain and simple. If you’re looking for a great air purifier that includes a HEPA filter to clean the air in your home and strip out any dangerous mold, you’ll find three of the best options right here.

Best Tower Air Purifier

A good tower style air purifier can move as much air as possible, which is obviously quite important if you’re trying to trap as much mold as possible. When it comes to tower air purifiers it doesn’t get any better than the GermGuardian 3-in-1 Air Purifier. It has a true HEPA filter that captures 99.97% of mold, dust, and allergen particles as small as .3 microns. The multi-stage filtration system also washes odors like smoke and pet smells out of the air.

Best Compact Air Purifier

If you want an effective air purifier that cleans mold from the air without occupying up much space, the LEVOIT LV-H132 Air Purifier is our favorite option. It’s 100% ozone free and doesn’t even use any UV light or ions, and it’s still just as effective as other top air purifiers. The 3-stage filtration system includes a true HEPA filter that removes 99.97% of pet dander, dust, pollen, smoke, odor, and especially mold from the air.

Best Large Air Purifier

Big rooms and other large spaces need large air purifiers to be cleaned effectively, and the LEVOIT LV-PUR131 Air Purifier is our top choice. It can freshen the air in a 300 sq. ft. room in about 10 minutes, which is obviously quite impressive. More importantly, it has a three-stage filtration system that includes an activated carbon filter, a fine preliminary filter, and a true HEPA filter that traps 99.97% of allergens, airborne bacteria, and mold.

We might finally know when Marvel’s ‘Fantastic Four’ reboot will be released

%name We might finally know when Marvel’s ‘Fantastic Four’ reboot will be released by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

It has been long speculated that once Marvel got its properties back from Fox, it would turn many of them into brand new adventures in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Some of the likely candidates are obviously Deadpool, Fantastic Four, and X-Men. When Disney completed the Fox purchases and gained the rights to these comics, we learned that only the Deadpool franchise will stay as is, though could be shuffled into the MCU at some point down the road. Everything else will be scrapped and redone, reports said, although Marvel never committed to bringing any of these Fox properties into the MCU.

Marvel Studios gave us release dates for eight films from Phase 4, without actually offering up any titles. In the meantime, we learned that Black Widow will probably be the first new MCU film to hit cinemas in early May next year, as the film is currently shooting over in Europe. A new rumor now tells us that Fantastic Four might get a 2022 release date, with Ant-Man director Peyton Reed looking to take the helm.

The brilliant way iOS 13 lets you find lost devices that aren’t even connected to a network

%name The brilliant way iOS 13 lets you find lost devices that aren’t even connected to a network by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Several rumors that preceded Apple’s WWDC 2019 keynote said that the Find My iPhone and Find My Friends app would be merged into a single entity called Find My once iOS 13 and macOS 10.15 rolled out. Apple sure delivered on that front, releasing a new application that exceeded anyone’s expectations. The app can find lost or stolen devices as well as friends, but, unlike its predecessors, it can even find devices that have been turned off after being stolen.

Apple came up with an innovative yet secure way to pinpoint the location of iPhones, iPads, and Macs that don’t have an active cellular or Wi-Fi connection. These devices send out Bluetooth signals that can be picked up by other Apple devices out in the wild, and that’s how you end up with the last known location of your stolen gadget. The whole thing has been conceived in such a way that location information is only available to you, and the technology behind the feature can’t be abused or used to track other people.

%name E3 2019 schedule: Press conference live streams, start times, and what to expect by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

There is no weekend of the year that gamers anticipate more than the weekend before E3. Over the next few days, the likes of Microsoft, Nintendo, EA, Ubisoft, and Square Enix will announce new games that will launch over the next year. We might even learn more about Microsoft’s next-generation Xbox consoles, which are codenamed Anaconda and Lockhart. And maybe Nintendo will surprise us with a cheaper Switch as well.

The biggest surprise is that Sony has decided to sit E3 out for the very first time. With a new console in development, and only a few exclusive PS4 titles left to release, Sony has opted to lay low until it has more to share. Will Microsoft and Nintendo be able to take advantage of Sony’s absence? You’ll have to tune in to find out.

Netflix is so successful, it might start running out of new US subscribers soon

%name Netflix is so successful, it might start running out of new US subscribers soon by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Netflix, in the eyes of many consumers, is the king of the streaming video hill. It’s where the most content and the buzziest shows and movies can be found, and it’s spending billions of dollars through the remainder of this year to keep its pipeline of original series and movies, as well as licensed content, as chock full as possible.

However, Netflix is so good at what it does that it may soon reach an unfortunate milestone in the US, according to the PwC consulting firm: The streaming giant may be getting closer to running out of new US subscribers to sign up.
