The implications are particularly ominous for currently living celebrities and notable people, such as the deepfake video of Mark Zuckerberg that circulated recently, as well as this one of Kim Kardashian.

There’s a space race happening right now. It’s not between the United States and Russia, or any nations at all, for that matter, but it’s definitely happening. It’s a race between SpaceX and Boeing to be the first company to deliver a crew-capable spacecraft to NASA, and it’s been filled with twists, turns, and delays since the very start.

Now, a new preliminary planning schedule for NASA’s “Commercial Crew” program hints that SpaceX might ultimately be the victor, but it’s far from a sure thing.

Saturn is well known as the planet with rings, but it’s hardly the only one. As it turns out, rings around planets aren’t all that rare, and at least a few of the planets in our solar system have them. Uranus is one of those worlds, and while its rings are so faint they weren’t even spotted until the late 1970s, scientists have shown a great deal of interest in them.

Now, a new observation campaign by scientists using Chile’s Very Large Telescope and Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) provides us with a rather unique look at the rings of Uranus.
