The seemingly ongoing battle between Google and Apple has been well-documented, but it’s always at its best when the CEOs start trading blows. Is your car making rumbling noises or mysteriously vibrating? Leaking essential fluids? Sending smoke signals? Are warning lights suddenly coming on? Well, they’re all signs that you could be headed for some expensive car repair trouble, and if you’re like most drivers, you could use some help self-diagnosing the source of such problems before they lead to breakdowns and expensive repairs.
First of all, get to know your car’s personality – how it sounds and smells and moves – so that you’ll know when something out of the ordinary occurs. If your vehicle was made after 1995, consider investing in an on-board diagnostics (OBD) reader. They can be had for around $200.00 at Canadian Tire or similar. That doesn’t seem like too much when compared to a dealership charging you the same amount to even read one code. An OBD detects faults in the operation of all engine sensors and systems via the car’s on-board computer, including catalytic converters. It provides a trouble code that will give you a clue to the nature of a problem.

The first Galaxy Note 4 benchmarks following the phone’s limited South Korean and Chinese launch have emerged and they suggest that while the Galaxy Note 4 may be better than many of other Android devices in certain tests, it may still be lagging behind its main rivals, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Phone Arena has compared scores obtained by the Galaxy Note 4 (Exynos 5433 version) in various benchmark tests with the iPhone 6, and Apple’s handset has scored better in many of them.
