We’re just a few weeks out from Apple’s WWDC 2019, but you shouldn’t expect to see much in the way of hardware announcements during the keynote address. As usual, Apple is set to debut the follow-ups to its iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR at a separate event this September, but as has been the case for the past several years, many of the purported details regarding those devices have already begun to leak online.

According to those leaks, the 2019 iPhone lineup will look virtually identical to the latest generation of iPhone models. Save for a triple rear camera on both the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max (and a dual rear camera on the iPhone 11R), the 2019 iPhone lineup won’t break much new ground from a design perspective… which is why we thought it would be a fun challenge to jump even further into the future and dream up a potential iPhone 12.

With $2.5 billion under its belt as we approach the film’s fourth weekend at the box office, Avengers: Endgame isn’t just the biggest MCU movie to date, it’s about to become the highest-grossing movie of all time. It’s also probably the most important film of 2019, and I’m well aware that the final Star Wars is also due to hit theaters this year. Avengers 4 is a massive accomplishment for Marvel, but that doesn’t mean it’s perfect, and we’ve been discussing the various controversies that popped up following the movie’s release. Captain America is the topic of at least one heated debate between fans, and even top Endgame execs, who can’t agree where Steve Rogers went at the end of the movie. The directors say it’s a different timeline, which makes the most sense, while the writers claim he’s been here in the main MCU timeline — Earth-616 — all along. But there’s one other Cap-related debate about his worthiness, and now it has finally been put to rest.

We are another step closer to the future of wireless technology today, as Verizon has officially launched Samsung’s Galaxy S10 5G smartphone. Although the Moto Z3 and its 5G Moto Mod technically beat Samsung to the punch, the Galaxy S10 5G is the first phone on sale in America with 5G capabilities built in.

The phone is on sale starting today at Verizon stores and online at verizonwireless.com, but 5G service is currently only available in Chicago and Minneapolis. Verizon has confirmed 20 additional cities that will get 5G Ultra Wideband service in 2019 as well, including Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Phoenix, San Diego, and Washington DC, with even more set to be unveiled later this year. 30 cities should have 5G before 2020.

In terms of design and overall quality, Peloton stationary bikes are great… but they’re not really any better than rival workout bikes in the same price range. The reason Peloton is so popular right now has precious little to do with the bike itself, and far more to do with the screen attached to it. A Peloton bike isn’t just a stationary bike, it’s a portal into a world of interactive workouts designed to maximize your results from each session. Leisurely pedaling away on a regular exercise bike while you watch reruns of Everybody Loves Raymond is a good workout. But drenching your clothes in sweat while a trainer on your Peloton screen pushes you to the limit is a much, much better workout.
