Leak says the feature we’ve all been waiting for is finally coming alongside the Apple Watch Series 5
Apple’s iPhone 11 event is set for September 10th, which means we’re exactly one week away from the press conference many fans have been waiting for. The company is expected to unveil three new iPhone models during the keynote, as well as new Apple Watch models. The Apple Watch Series 5 will probably be a tiny refresh over last year’s model, featuring the same overall design. The new smartwatch might come in titanium and ceramic options, previous reports have said. And watchOS 6, also launching next week, should introduce an exciting new Apple Watch feature that some of you have been waiting for a long while to hit the wearable device. However, the new capability might also force you to alter your Apple Watch habits.

Forget the Galaxy Note 10, this is the high-end, affordable Samsung 5G phone you wanted
Samsung already launched two 5G handsets this year, including the Galaxy S10 5G and the Note 10 5G, with the latter having been unveiled less than a month ago. Both of them are on the pricier side of things, so if you want to experience whatever limited 5G networks are available in your area on an affordable Samsung phone, the S10 and Note 10 aren’t it. However, Samsung just unveiled the cheaper 5G flagship we were waiting for, the Galaxy A90.

Ford’s all-electric F-150 may beat Tesla’s pickup truck to market
It may come as something of a surprise, but pickup trucks are routinely the best-selling vehicles in the U.S. In 2018, for example, the top 3 selling vehicles included Ford’s F-Series, the Chevrolet Silverado, and the Dodge Ram.
In light of that, it’s no big shock that Tesla plans to introduce an all-electric pickup truck at some point in the future. Elon Musk confirmed as much in late 2017 when the company officially introduced the next-gen Tesla Roadster and the Tesla Semi.

Something spilled chicken parts all over a street in Brooklyn and, oh man, I might vomit
Weird things happen in big cities, and as one of the biggest, New York City is like a petri dish of bizarre happenings. The latest, and perhaps best, example of this comes in the form of a heap of discarded chicken, um, material, which littered a Brooklyn street late last week.
The tale of this chicken apocalypse has two parts. First, Sara Vilkomerson, who works on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, posted a video shot in the Boerum Hill neighborhood showing a street littered with bloody chicken bits. It wasn’t clear how they got there, or when the video was shot, but Jalopnik decided to follow up and check out the scene first hand.

Facebook says it might start hiding like counts in a desperate bid to keep users happy
The symbol most closely associated with the largest social network in the world, other than that of the app that launches it on mobile devices, is a thumbs-up that designates a “like.” It’s a universally recognized sign of approval for Facebook posts which has been so integral to the service’s experience pretty much since its inception, for both good and ill. As time as gone on, more attention has been paid to the effect that chasing likes and addiction to social media has on peoples’ health, which is why Facebook-owned Instagram has been experimenting with hiding like counts on posts from everyone but the user. The thinking is that there’s no longer any reason to preen and posture for social media approval when no one can see your like counts anyway.
Facebook, meanwhile, is reportedly close to launching a similar test, no doubt chastened by users spending less and less time on the platform and in some cases abandoning it altogether. Could this be the kind of thing that keeps at least some of them around?

Android 10 release date for every Pixel leaked by mobile carrier
In anticipation of the final Android Q rollout, Google surprised the world a few days ago with a massive branding makeover. Dessert names have been abandoned in favor of numbers, and Android Q shall be known as Android 10 going forward. There will also be a new logo and font to go along with the name.
A Google customer service rep then told customers that all Pixel phones launched to date would get the final Android 10 update in early September. Soon after that, a similar leak came out of OnePlus, which indicated that it’s looking to update some of its phones to Android 10 on the same day the Pixels get the release. This brings us to the latest leak, which tells us the same thing: Android 10 is coming this week.

China’s lunar rover found a bizarre and unexpected substance on the Moon
China’s space program started the year strong by performing a soft landing on the far side of the Moon. It was a first for the country, and for mankind as a whole, and while the Yutu-2 rover the lander delivered to the lunar surface wasn’t as feature-packed as the robots NASA sends to Mars, it still returned some interesting findings.
Now, as Space.com reports, researchers have revealed a particularly bizarre and totally expected discovery made possible by the rover. The robot apparently stumbled upon a tiny crater that contained material of an unusual color and consistency. The material, which is described as being “gel-like” is now forcing scientists to come up with an explanation as to its origins.

New OnePlus 7T leak shows off cheaper model’s redesign once again
In recent years, virtually every flagship smartphone has leaked in full weeks ahead of launch, from the iPhone X to the Galaxy Note 10. By the time the phone is actually unveiled, we know almost everything there is to know about it, including its design from top to bottom. But for some reason, the OnePlus 7T leaks continue to contradict each other, even as we inch ever closer to its official reveal, leaving us guessing about the final design.
Last month, we shared a leak from prolific leaker @OnLeaks (via PriceBaba) which showed off the purported design for the OnePlus 7T. The renders were surprising because the rear camera array had been completely redesigned, as OnePlus opted for a circular module housing with three lenses lined up horizontally.
