Now PhoneArena brings us word that Samsung has just announced it has started mass production of its 4GB LPDDR4 mobile DRAM modules, the first smartphone modules ever to offer 4GB of RAM.

This is what it’s like driving one of Google’s ‘freaky’ self-driving cars
Google is still a ways away from selling its self-driving cars to actual people, but working prototypes of Google’s self-driving cars are already being tested. And famed cartoonist The Oatmeal, whom you might also know for the Tesla Museum campaign he successfully funded not so long ago, managed to review these interesting machines at work while humorously sharing his findings about the experience.

LEAK: This is the latest phone from the company that makes billions ripping off Apple
Sometimes, copycat allegations in the mobile industry can be argued. Just ask Samsung, which has spent millions upon millions of dollars defending itself in court against allegations that it stole Apple’s smartphone and tablet designs. Then, there are times when it’s impossible to deny that one company has ripped off another. Such is the case with Xiaomi, a Chinese smartphone maker that has turned copying Apple into a $45 billion business.
Now, the latest phone from Xiaomi has just leaked for the first time.

BlackBerry’s CEO just missed being named CNN’s CEO of the Year
It’s still too early to say BlackBerry is in great shape but the company is clearly much better off than it was a year ago when it looked like it was in its last throes. A lot of credit for this turnaround goes to CEO John Chen, who has helped the company stabilize its finances while also moving it away from relying on mobile device sales and more toward making money from enterprise software and services.

The Pirate Bay posted a secret code on its website this week – here’s what it probably means
The Pirate Bay’s online downloads service has not yet been restored, although that didn’t stop the infamous group from posting an animated image at ThePirateBay.se earlier this week alongside a secret key, whose mystery Myce believes to have solved.

Jaw-dropping aerial photos of New York City captured by photographers who are insane
This is New York City like you’ve never seen it before, and it was photographed by two men who are insane. Of course, we can’t state conclusively that Ukranian photographer Vitaliy Raskalov and Russian photographer Vadim Makhorov are indeed clinically insane, but you’d have to be crazy to sit on the edges of skyscrapers and shoot the city below.
That’s exactly what this pair of thrill-seeking photographers did, though… and the results are positively breathtaking.

HUGE BREAKING NEWS: ‘The Interview’ will premiere online and in theaters on Christmas Day
Take that, hackers… whoever you are! Sony Pictures Entertainment’s “The Interview” has apparently generated so much buzz that Sony can’t bear to prevent its originally scheduled premiere on Christmas Day. After first caving and giving in to hackers’ demands that the film be shelved, Sony has apparently changed its mind and will allow theaters to show the movie.
