Déjà vu: OnePlus Two will be the cheap flagship Android phone you’ve been waiting for
In spite of launch and availability issues, the OnePlus One still was one of the biggest surprises of 2014. Coming from China, the OnePlus One gave buyers access to a high-end Android device for an incredibly affordable price, a feat reminiscent of some Nexus smartphones.
This year, the company will launch a sequel to the One that will have the same key characteristics: high-end specs that are on par with phones from well-established Android handset makers, but at a fraction of the price.

HBO Now streaming rival from Showtime to launch ‘in the coming months’
On an earnings call this afternoon, CBS CEO Les Moonves announced that the Showtime over-the-top service will launch in the coming months. The idea of a Showtime streaming service was floated shortly after HBO revealed its own offering — HBO Now — but no details were revealed at the time.

Fresh Galaxy Note 5 details revealed in new report
Samsung is already working on its next big thing: The Galaxy Note 5 phablet. The announcement of the fifth-generation high-end phablet is likely going to take place in September, but a fresh report brings over some unexpected Galaxy Note 5 details. Surprisingly, after launching two versions of both the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S6 in the past year, Samsung might not have two Galaxy Note 5 models in stores this fall.

Samsung will reportedly unveil its real Apple Watch rival this fall with the Galaxy Note 5
Although Samsung never gave us a firm release window for its round-faced smartwatch (supposedly called the Gear A), it looks like any hope of seeing it before the end of the summer has been eradicated. SamMobile shared information on Thursday from its sources who claim the Gear A has been delayed to the second half of 2015, and will now launch alongside the Galaxy Note 5.
