Apple will release an Android version of its new Apple Music app
As many expected, Apple today introduced the world to Apple Music, it’s own take on on-demand streaming. With reports that Apple hopes to get 100 million subscribers signed up to its service, Apple will have to get it front of as many eyes and ears as possible.
The solution? Abandon its iOS-centric worldview and embrace Android. Thankfully, that’s exactly what Apple has opted to do.

Apple’s Spotify rival revealed: Meet Apple Music
As expected, Apple on Monday unveiled its major rival to Spotify called Apple Music. In unveiling the new streaming service, Apple is trying to regain its power over the music industry that it first seized with the release of the iPod and the iTunes Store. The service will be available through the iTunes app. Apple says Apple Music is three things: First, a “revolutionary” music service featuring playlists curated by professional DJs; a worldwide radio station that will run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and a way for artists to connect with their fans.

Apple Pay updated in a major way; More banks, retailers, and a rewards program
Apple today announced a number of updates regarding Apple Pay, the company’s mobile payment platform.
For starters, Apple Pay will soon be coming to Discover, bringing the service to 50 million card members. Further, the number of stores slated to accept Apple Pay is also expanding, with Trader Joes, Baskin Robbins, and El Pollo Loco being just a few of the new additions.

Apple says that its main goals with iOS 9 are to add intelligence to enhance how you use your device without compromising privacy while enhancing the apps you use most. First, for iOS 9 Siri has a new user interface and is able to respond to a more diverse array of commands. Apple is making Siri more proactive by making it easier to set reminders, to offer suggestions for people who you might want to contact based on upcoming meetings as well as one-tap location suggestions.
