When you think about lying comfortably in a hammock, odds are, you’re not thinking about being suspended 492 feet in the air over a canyon. But for solely fueled by adrenaline, that’s exactly the type of activity that passes for a relaxing Saturday afternoon activity.

The photo above is a makeshift hammock, otherwise known as a “pentagon space net.” Located above a canyon outside of Moab, Utah, the hammock, for a 1-week period in 2014, was suspended 213 feet away from the nearest piece of solid land, essentially leaving visitors quite literally in the middle of nowhere.

Looking at the hammock begs the question — just how did anyone manage to get to it in the first place?

It’s been a long while since Apple has issued a substantive update to its 21.5-inch iMac, but newly revealed data strings tucked away in the most recent OS X El Capitan beta suggests that that may change soon.

Originally spotted by 9to5Mac, Mark Gurman reports that the second beta of OS X 10.11, released to developers just this week, references Mac support for a varying number of display resolutions, one of which points to an upcoming 21.5-inch iMac with a 4K display.

As a relatively recent convert into the world of baseball fandom, I can still see why I thought baseball was so boring up until a few years ago. It’s slow. If no one’s on base, there are only two players worth paying attention to at any given moment. If two teams are tied after nine innings, nothing special happens — they just keep playing more baseball.

But regardless of whether or not you enjoy the sport, it’s hard not to appreciate the incredible highlights from a week of baseball. Today, we’re introducing a new feature where we round up the best catches of the last week — full of slides, jumps, dives and more.

Watch Your Wallet: Whole Foods Accused of Purposeful Overcharging on Packaged Foods

Whole Foods, or ‘whole paycheck’ as some comically call the supermarket chain, is well known for carrying fresh and organic food items at prices that will leave your wallet practically empty. As an arguably healthier alternative to more traditional supermarket chains, it’s not a surprise that Whole Foods is on the pricey side. But what is surprising is that Whole Foods may be guilty of knowingly overcharging for pre-packaged foods that are priced according to weight.

According to the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs (NYDCA), investigators recently determined that Whole Foods has been inflating the labeled weight on many of its supermarket items, from meats and vegetables to seafood and baked goods, thereby overcharging consumers in the process.
