Putting guns on drones isn’t such a crazy idea if you ask the military. You can mount destructive missiles on unmanned vehicles and send them to do the dirty work – it’s not necessarily moral or right, but that’s beside the point right now, because now we’re seeing regular citizens create gun-toting drones of their own that they can control just through their iPhones.

Newly discovered dinosaur rightly nicknamed the ‘fluffy feathered poodle from hell’
A recently discovered dinosaur in China that’s been nicknamed the ‘fluffy feathered poodle from hell’ would make a great new Jurassic World attraction, considering how the park regularly needs to come up with new material for its ever-more demanding guests. The raptor in the image above is named Zhenyuanlong suni and roamed Earth with wings some 125 million years ago during the Cretaceous Period.

What would a next-gen 4-inch iPhone look like? We may have our first clue
For months, reports have claimed that Apple is making a new 4-inch iPhone for those buyers who still want a device that fits easily in their hands. Several stories even claimed that Apple has already placed orders with suppliers for 4-inch displays. And this week Apple refreshed its iPod touch — and it’s a very good indication of what we can expect from a possible “iPhone 6c.”

Of all the Marvel movies that Marvel Studios isn’t actually producing itself, few are receiving as much buzz as X-Men: Apocalypse. Our post containing the leaked teaser trailers of X-Men and Deadpool from Comic-Con has been one of the most popular on the site, so it’s clear that everyone is excited to see where Fox is taking this franchise next.

Gorgeous Galaxy Note 5 renders: Our best look yet at Samsung’s new phablet
Samsung will reportedly launch the Galaxy Note 5 during a special media event set for mid-August to beat the iPhone 6s Plus to market, as Apple’s phone is expected to launch in mid-September. Rumors from various sources have so far listed some of the high-end specs of the handset, featuring purported renders and sketches of the Galaxy Note 5. However, the following set of 3D pictures might give us our best look at what the new Note phablet will look like, as you can see in the photo at the top of the page.
