Will the Galaxy S10 have a headphone jack, or is Samsung thinking about killing it?
Samsung just recently unveiled the one of the last phones it will release before the Galaxy S10 hits store shelves next year. We’re referring to the Galaxy A8s (shown above), featuring an Infinity-O screen that takes up almost the entire front of the phone. The same display will be found on the various Galaxy S10 models that Samsung will launch next February, although the flagship handset will feature an OLED Infinity-O display instead of LCD.
But, strangely enough, the Galaxy A8s doesn’t come with a headphone jack. Does that mean the Galaxy S10 will also ship without a 3.5mm headphone jack, or is this just a one-off from Samsung?

Samsung teams up with a fake, knock-off brand of Supreme to make products in China
The hip, New York City-based streetwear fashion brand Supreme is so popular in Asia that Samsung has decided to launch an official marketing partnership with a fake version of the brand.
You read that right. Samsung’s real announcement about a real partnership with the fake brand came during the tech giant’s conference in China focused on its Galaxy A8s phones and included a splashy announcement that Supreme would enter the Chinese market next year. Plans include building a seven-story flagship store in Beijing, with one of a pair of Supreme CEOs onstage promising the brand would hold a runway show at the Mercedes-Benz Cultural Center in Shanghai, also next year.

Microsoft’s new Edge browser will support all of your favorite Chrome extensions
“If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em.”
Microsoft clearly took the old adage to heart last week when it announced that it would release a new version of its Edge browser using the Chromium platform (the same one that powers Chrome) in 2019. This way, web developers will no longer have to test their sites on multiple browser platforms in order to make sure they are compatible with all of them. It’s a move that will make Edge more user friendly as well as more developer friendly.
But there are plenty of additional benefits that weren’t noted in the initial announcement post. For example, the team is also planning to support existing Chrome extensions, which will bring Edge one step closer to mimicking Google’s ubiquitous browser and make the switch even easier for those who decide to try Edge.

Voyager 2 just entered interstellar space
NASA hardware tends to last a long time, but few spacecraft can match the longevity of the two Voyager probes. The twin spacecrafts were launched way back in 1977, and now NASA has revealed that Voyager-2 just achieved a milestone that only its sister ship has accomplished before it: entering interstellar space.
Voyager-2’s transition to interstellar space — meaning that it’s completely left our solar system and broken free of the “bubble” created by our star — has obviously been a long time coming. It’s been cruising through space for over 41 years and traveled an incredible 18.5 billion miles in that time. Now it joins its sister in an adventure into the great unknown.

Why Netflix can survive the departure of big TV shows like ‘Friends’
When word emerged last week that Friends was poised to leave Netflix at the end of the year, fans of the hit show made their disappointment abundantly clear across all of social media. Indeed, the backlash was so strong and pervasive that it didn’t take long for Netflix to cave and ink a $100 million deal to keep Friends available through the end of 2019.
The saga above helps illustrate the predicament Netflix seems to be finding itself in with increasing regularity these days. Because the company doesn’t own some of its most popular content, and because content owners are finally starting to view Netflix as a legitimate competitive threat, some of the more popular shows on Netflix have either already left or are poised to leave in the near future.
