NASA’s Parker Solar Probe has already provided us with plenty of news since its launch back in August. It’s gotten closer to the Sun than any spacecraft before it and broken speed records along the way, and all of this was before it actually began tackling its science objectives. Now, with one close pass of our star under its belt, the probe is finally sending back some tantalizing data back to its handlers on Earth, and NASA is super excited about it.

In a new post, NASA attempts to capture the mood at this week’s meeting of the American Geophysical Union where scientists were eagerly anticipating the never-before-seen data that the probe is sending back.

The first trailer for Avengers 4 is out, and we know that Marvel settled on Avengers: Endgame as the official title of the fourth film in the Avengers series. Of course, we still have no idea how our favorite heroes will ultimately defeat Thanos. That said, Endgame is likely going to show us the one future that Doctor Strange saw, the one in which the Avengers prevailed over the titan. The fallen heroes, or at least most of them, will be resurrected. But what if “resurrected” isn’t the right word to use? What if nobody actually died in Infinity War when Thanos snapped his fingers?

There’s an old but still pertinent adage which says that a car goes down in value the second you drive it off the lot. Indeed, nothing depreciates in value quite like a brand new car. Some estimates and studies have even found that the value of a car can go down by as much as 10% after just one month of ownership.

Tesla of course isn’t immune from this type of depreciation, but a new study from Autolist reveals that Tesla vehicles tend to hold onto more of their value than comparable vehicles from other manufacturers. Specifically, Autolist found that a Model S with 50,000 miles on it saw its value go down by 27%. In contrast, a Mercedes S Class with similar mileage typically loses upwards of 33% of its value on the resale market.
