Galaxy S10 preorders might include free Galaxy Buds wireless earphones

%name Articles of Interest by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

The Galaxy S10 will support reverse wireless charging, several reports have claimed in the past few months, a feature that we first saw on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro last year, but something most people won’t get to use that much. In theory, your Galaxy S10 would double as a wireless charger for other phones and gadgets, but, in practice, you might not want to ruin your phone’s battery life by using it as an external battery pack.

However, a new report reveals that early Galaxy S10 buyers are getting an exciting perk, which would actually let them test out that reverse wireless charging feature.

%name Articles of Interest by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Apple over the past few weeks has implemented a number of initiatives designed to boost iPhone sales. %name Articles of Interest by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

The number of and associated job duties for female employees was an area of focus during a Q&A session that Nintendo’s leadership hosted with investors in Japan this week, with the actual Q&A being released and publicized today.

As part of the discussion, a couple of key executives for the video gaming giant talked about the increasing number of female players flocking to video games, which has come in tandem with a focus on the representation of women within the companies actually making those games. Nintendo, for its part, acknowledged it still has work to do in some areas but that it counts “a very high number of females among our designers.”

Sprint sues AT&T over ‘misleading’ 5G E icon

%name Articles of Interest by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Even though the roll out of 5G smartphones hasn’t begun, AT&T has decided to replace the 4G icon on select devices with a 5G E symbol in areas with support for AT&T’s fastest LTE technologies. AT&T has been widely criticized for its 5G E tactic, but there’s no indication that the company cares or is even the least bit interested in reversing course. The symbol has already started appearing on Android devices and just recently showed up on the latest iOS beta.

AT&T’s strategy, which arguably amounts to trickery, has been categorized by many as misleading at best and purposefully deceptive at worst. Consumers, though, aren’t the only ones taking umbrage with AT&T’s tactics. Yesterday afternoon, Sprint filed a lawsuit against AT&T over its 5G E sleight of hand.
